Consistent mineral powder is not a matter of luck. This is the full quality chain at our Haicheng plant — from quarry selection and ore grading to in-process sampling every ten minutes, weight checks every hour and third-party testing.
Buyers rarely complain about the first container. They complain about the fourth, when the whiteness has drifted two points or the D97 has opened up. Consistency is a process discipline, and this is how we run it at our Haicheng plant.
Step 1 — Quarry selection
Ore is collected from open-pit sources with known geology. Talc, calcite and dolomite from different seams behave differently after grinding, so the working faces are kept separated rather than blended into an average feedstock.
Step 2 — Raw material grading
Raw stone is screened and classified by size and quality by hand and by eye before it enters the plant. Low-whiteness or heavily stained stone is segregated at this point rather than diluted later — contamination introduced at crushing cannot be removed downstream.
Step 3 — Excavator breaking
Bulk material is broken down with excavator equipment to a size the crusher can accept. This stage also gives a second chance to reject obviously off-spec material.
Step 4 — Jaw crusher reduction
Secondary coarse crushing through a jaw crusher produces a uniform grain that feeds the mills evenly. Uneven feed is one of the main causes of a widening particle size distribution.
Step 5 — Grinding
We run six processing units: two 5R Raymond mills, 90 and 110 vertical grinding mills, a ring-roller mill and a pneumatic (jet) mill capable of 2500–4000 mesh. The mill train is selected according to the target distribution, not simply the target mesh number.
Step 6 — Classification and in-process sampling
Air classification sets the top cut. During production a sample is taken and sent for testing every ten minutes to confirm that the physicochemical indicators are on specification. If a sample drifts, the classifier is adjusted before the material is bagged — not after.
Step 7 — Packaging control
Weight deviation is checked once an hour on the packing line, and quantity is verified against 5 × 8 pallet configurations. Bags carry a label stating product name, factory, model and batch so that any container can be traced back to its production window.
Step 8 — Third-party testing
Beyond in-house control, we can arrange SGS or equivalent third-party inspection of chemical composition, particle size distribution, whiteness and moisture before shipment. This is standard practice for buyers who need documentation for their own QC systems.
What you receive
A batch certificate with the shipment, a TDS on request, and a sample retained from the production window for traceability. If a batch does not meet your incoming inspection, we want the retained sample and your test result — that conversation is what keeps the fifth container as good as the first.
